We have been familiar with the retail sector in Germany and Europe for more than 25 years, not only as managers and investors, but also from our own professional experience in positions of responsibility at leading retail companies. Knowing the individual performance and needs of retailers, we recognise the potential and deficits of retail properties faster and better than others. 

Leoff invests in locations that can be successfully operated by retailers in the long term. If we recognise that the basic requirements are in place, we also tackle development measures that (re)establish the long-term perspective. Under no circumstances do we rely on long tenancy agreements.

Depending on the circumstances of the micro-location, we accept supplementary retail with a focus on meeting daily needs and, in conurbations, the addition of medical practices and flats.
