Mainz, 11 September 2024 – Leoff Capital GmbH has acquired a discount supermarket in Hörstel (Lower Saxony) with the tenant Lidl and additional uses via its sister company GCR 11.

The property comprises a lettable area of over 2,800 m² and more than 100 parking spaces. It is characterised by its convenient location and represents an ideal addition to the existing portfolio mix.

The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The law firm Dentons advised on the transaction, the technical appraisal was carried out by CBRE.
