Leoff acquired a retail centre in Bramsche

Bramsche, 04 September 2024 – Leoff Capital GmbH has acquired a retail centre in Bramsche (Lower Saxony) with Famila as the long-term anchor tenant on behalf of its sister company GCR 12. The off-market transaction was carried out as part of an asset deal. The seller is GRR German Retail Fund No. 1 from Nuremberg.

The Famila-SB department stores’ is ideally designed with a rental area of over 6,000 m² at ground level, over 200 parking spaces at ground level and an inner-city location on the B 218. 

The tenant and the geographical location of the property contribute to the diversification of the portfolio.

The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

The law firm Dentons advised on the transaction, the technical appraisal was carried out by CBRE.
